Auditions for the Santa Maria Civic Theatre’s upcoming season have been announced.
Auditions are scheduled for 6 p.m. Sept. 16 and 7 p.m. Sept. 18 for Over the River and Through the Woods, written by Joe DiPietro and directed by Stuart Wenger. The show runs Nov. 16, 17, 23, 24, and 30, and Dec. 1, 7, and 8.
Auditions are scheduled for 7 p.m. Nov. 26 and 27 for Busybody, written by Jack Popplewell and directed by Alan Foster. The show runs Feb. 1, 2, 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, and 23 in 2013.
Finally, auditions for Opal’s Husband will be held Feb. 18 and 19. The show was written by John Patrick and is directed by Richard Dresp and will run April 26 and 27, and May 3, 4, 10, 11, 17, and 18.
