The Chumash Casino Resort welcomes back the Star Voice singing competition event to the casino. Formerly known as the Rising Star competition, Star Voice is a popular singing competition for adults from 18 to 81 years old who live in the Tri Counties Area. Joseph Lamber Productions spearheads the event, which awards the winner with a prize package, including $5,000 worth of studio time, an opening spot at the Chumash Casino Resort, and the chance to be discovered by top agents.
The event is scheduled for Oct. 18 at the Chumash Resort, but online applications are being accepted now at thestarvoice.com. Auditions are scheduled for Sept. 5 and 6 for those who apply online.
