The Santa Ynez Valley Historical Museum is hosting the annual Vaquero Show and Sale, a popular event of Western style art and objects, during the weekend of Nov. 7 through Nov. 9. The event will include several special events happening as part of the show and sale.

A Viva los Vaqueros Preview and Dinner event will include live music by Steve Woods on Nov. 7 at 5:30 p.m. The Vaquero Show and Sale runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Nov. 8 with a riding and training technique demonstration by Jeff Mundell at 11 a.m., a Cowboy Lunch and cocktails is available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., master horseman Bruce Sandifer demonstrates horse training at 2 p.m., and live music by Ron Miller and the Full Gallop Band from noon to 4 p.m. A Spaghetti Dinner and Benefit Concert featuring Michael on Fire, Carelene Carter, and Will Ridge in concert at the Maverick Saloon is 5 p.m. on Nov. 8.

The show and sale continues from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Nov. 9 with Boone Campbell demonstrating roping and horsemanship at 11 a.m., live music by Easy Pickin’s from noon to 3 p.m., and a raffle at 1 p.m.
