The Boys and Girls Club of Santa Maria Valley is celebrating the retirement of longtime Executive Director Bill Libbon on Nov. 5 at the Elks Club in Santa Maria. The event begins with no host cocktails at 5:30 p.m. and dinner at 6:30 p.m. A presentation will follow dinner.
