The Book Loft in Solvang hosts a book signing with author and art teacher Chelsea Ward on Friday, Nov. 15, from 2 to 4 p.m. Copies of Ward’s new book, Modern Colored Pencil, will be available for purchase, but admission to the signing is free. The book covers a wide range of basic, easy-to-follow concepts and techniques to create vivid works of color pencil art.
