The Los Padres Artists Guild presents its annual Studio and Garden Show on June 14 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the home and studio of local artist Margie Bowker, 429 Monterey Road, Santa Maria. The event will take place in the garden and cottage studio of Bowker, who will be joined by artists Roma Louw, Tammy Rice, and Claudia Wagemann.
Bowker will show her framed and unframed paintings, art tiles, and note cards. Louw will be showing her ancient volcanic rock garden art. Rice will be sharing her “reverse paintings,” which are paintings painted on glass and viewed from the opposite side. Wagemann will share her hand-dyed silk garments and tapestries.
