The California Nature Art Museum (CalNAM) invites artisans and local businesses to apply as vendors for its festive makerspace coming up this fall. The application deadline is Sept. 22.
“The Holiday Marketplace is part of CalNAM’s ongoing efforts to connect the community with art, nature, and creativity,” the museum announced.
Vendors may apply online for a $150 fee by visiting bit.ly/4xCge5F to input business information and examples of their work. Artisans must have a current business certificate through the city of Solvang and the ability to process their own sales.
The annual holiday event is scheduled for Nov. 21 this year from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. It brings visitors and locals together for a day of unique shopping. Last year, artists sold jewelry, quilts, pottery, glass art, and cutting boards.
“We look forward to welcoming vendors and visitors to the museum for a festive day of shopping, connection, and appreciation for the natural world that inspires so much of what we do,” Executive Director Jessica Tade said in press materials.
