Led by professor John Hupp, the class will teach students how to use stress to their advantage and how to cope with it, as well as teach relaxation techniques.

The class will meet Mondays, April 15 through May 6, from 6:30 to 8:25 p.m. in Room S-110. Register online at hancockcollege.edu under course number 41841. For questions or more information, call 922-6966, Ext. 3209.
