Local Copies Etc. wins award

For the second straight year, the U.S. Commerce Association (USCA) selected Local Copies Etc., a locally owned and operated copy and print center, for its Best of Santa Maria Award in the Art Copy category.

The USCA “Best of Local Business”award program recognizes outstanding local businesses throughout the country. Each year, the USCA identifies companies that have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. Nationwide, only one in 70 award recipients for 2010 qualified as two-time award winners.

Local Copies Etc. was founded in 1999 by Santa Maria native Curtiss Stahl, and his longtime business partner Steve Bridge. The business offers wide-format color or black-and-white printing, with full binding and finishing capabilities. This is in addition to full- and self-service copy, color copy, computer rental and internet services, and online ordering.

Open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Local Copies Etc. recently moved to a larger facility at 1500 S. Broadway.
