The Home Builders Association of the Central Coast will be holding its second annual P.A.S.S. vendor showcase, featuring green building and sustainable design techniques, products, and services, on July 22.
Prizes will be raffled off at the event, including free passes to the Pacific Coast Business Conference and wine. Wine tasting and appetizers will also be provided.
The cost to attend is free for builders and purchasing agents, $35 for HBA members, and $50 for non-members prior to June 19. A limited number of tabletops are available at $150 for HBA members and $300 for non-members.
Two tiers of sponsorships are available: $500 for gold and $200 for silver. The deadline for sponsorships is June 22. Sponsorships include a business logo printed on the P.A.S.S. flyer, the HBACC website, and the Central Coast Builder newsletter.
The event takes place in the Santa Maria room of the Historic Santa Maria Inn, 801 S. Broadway, from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.
