In the July 21 School Scene brief, “Half a million dollars should expand local school-based health care,” the number of schools at which a grant will allow Community Health Centers of the Central Coast to provide services was misreported. CHC will now reach 19 schools in six districts, providing low-cost preventive health and dental care to children who otherwise might not receive the attention they need.
