The Town Center Gallery will take visitors on a “Photographic Adventure” with an exhibit by featured artist Howard Ramsden.

Ramsden is a fine art photographer specializing in natural landscapes, historic architecture, and Native American rock art.

An artist’s reception will be held Friday, June 22, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Gallery, 312 Town Center West, B6.

Ramsden shoots with a variety of camera equipment, including large format, medium format and digital SLR, and reports being equally comfortable in both wet and digital darkrooms. He also makes prints using alternative processes developed in the 1800s and early 1900s; his favorites include Van Dyke and platinum-palladium prints.

The exhibit will be on display until Aug. 13. There’s no charge to attend. For more information, call 349-7303 or visit thetowncentergallery@jigsy.com.
