Flying Goat Cellars winemaker Norm Yost was a guest on the NPR radio show Take Two on Oct. 24, and spoke with Business and Economics Reporter Brian Watt regarding the local wine industry boom following the popularity of the film Sideways. Yost spoke about his wine making, including his concentration on sparkling wines through the Goat Bubbles series beginning in 2005.

The influence of the film helped to grow Lompoc’s Wine Ghetto, where Flying Goat Cellars and many other local wineries enjoy the location status of being part of the Central Coast’s wine culture. More information is available at flyinggoatcellars.com or 737-GOAT.
