Altrusa International, Inc. of the Central Coast and Altrusa International, Inc. of the Central Coast Foundation will host their sixth annual Festival of Trees fundraising event. Local businesses and sponsors decorate a tree complete with gifts. The event will begin the day after Thanksgiving—Nov. 27—and will run through Dec. 13. The event will be held inside Town Center East, on the lower level, and will be open during mall hours. Tickets are $1 each, and ticket holders can choose which tree to try to win. Each tree is decorated with a different theme and includes all the trimmings and the gifts beneath it.
Proceeds from this event are given back to the community through grants and scholarships.
