Russell Means was an American Indian political activist known for several books, including his last title, co-authored by Bayard Johnson and published posthumously: If You’ve Forgotten the Names of the Clouds, You’ve Lost Your Way.
The Bookworm in Santa Maria will be featuring a talk by Means’ widow, Pearl Means, on May 18 at 1 p.m. Means will be signing copies of her late husband’s books, and then speaking about his life at 3 p.m.
