Sharon Brown is the new senior vice president, director of human resources, for Community West Bank, based in Goleta. She will oversee all human resource functions for the bank’s 150 employees at multiple locations.
“Sharon brings over 20 years of human resources experience to Community West Bank,” Lynda Nahra, CEO and president of Community West Bank, said in a release. “Her recruitment and employee relations skills will be invaluable assets as we continue to grow the bank.”
In addition to her experience, Brown holds certificates in human resources management, labor law, and compensation. She’s affiliated with the Society for Human Resources Management, the Santa Barbara and Santa Maria Human Resources Associations, and the Human Resources Association of the Central Coast.
Community West Bank has full-service branch banking offices in Goleta, Ventura, Santa Maria, Santa Barbara, and Westlake Village.
