The annual New Times Music Awards has received its submissions, and judging is underway. But you can cast your own vote online for the contest’s readers’ choice category now through Oct. 13.
There are several local groups to choose from, and you can find them listed and cast a vote at here. Voters can listen to the selected track for each artist and decide on a first, second, and third place distinction for each.
The New Times Music Awards ceremony will take place on Nov. 11 when winning bands will perform and awards will be announced and presented, including the readers’ choice award, at the Fremont Theater in SLO. More info: 546-8208, newtimesslo.com.
