Western Pacific Land Group announced the release of eight new homes in the Pine Creek community at Rice Ranch in Orcutt.
The company reported the release is being offered earlier than anticipated due to strong sales at the community. The new homes include one- and two-story designs, and several homes feature three-car garages.
The homes range in size from 2,085 to 2,878 square feet and offer up to five bedrooms. Pricing on the new releases starts at $515,000 for the 2,085-square-foot single-story Residence 3 model. Each of the homes also offers a $10,000 builder credit that can be used toward upgrades.
