The St. Mark’s-in-the-Valley Episcopal Church in Los Olivos is collaborating with the Santa Ynez Valley Jewish Community to present a fundraiser concert titled Bel Canto by Candlelight, featuring a number of acclaimed classical singers performing July 18 at the church.
The benefit concert includes singers Emil Dorian Cristescu, Nichole Dechaine, William Hurbaugh, Beverly Staples, and Celeste Tavera performing scenes and selections from opera, musical theater, and choral music. The performance will be the fourth year in a row the two spiritual organizations have collaborated on the Bel Canto by Candlelight event.
Tickets to the concert are $65, $120 per couple. St. Mark’s-in-the-Valley Episcopal Church is located at 2901 Nojoqui Ave., Los Olivos. More information is available at 693-4243 or syvjc.org.
