To improve services provided to students and parents, the Santa Maria Joint Union High School District has released two surveys evaluating the districtās resources.
In each survey, the participant is asked to identify which school he or she attends (or which school the participantās child attends), and answer a collection of questions relating to the schoolās services. Participants are also asked to identify what they believe to be the schoolās biggest problem and recommend possible solutions.
The student survey is available online at surveymonkey.com/s/8PQYHQ5. The parent survey is available at surveymonkey.com/s/8H3GKZQ. According to district officials, a Spanish translation is in the works.
The surveys can be taken until 5 p.m. on Feb. 19.
