Santa Maria’s Maya Restaurant has a new addition to its already extensive menu.

Now, patrons older than 60 can alleviate some of the strain on their wallets with the restaurant’s new “Super Citizen Menu.” In lieu of senior discounts, manager Francisco Cadena III, a third-generation restaurateur, decided to offer the menu just for older folks. It offers discounts on combination plates, enchiladas, tamales, tacos, and smaller portions of the restaurant’s savory dinner items.

Open every day from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., Maya Restaurant is located at 110 S. Lincoln St., suite 106, in Santa Maria.
