According to Lavigna homebuilders, it’s a buyer’s market out there, and the company wants to make a deal.
Courtney Seeble, vice president in project management at the Towbes Group, Inc., said in a release that the group is offering to buy down a buyer’s interest rate, pay for homeowner association dues for up to two years, or pay closing costs.
“We’ll even add upgraded amenities if they’d prefer,” she said. “It’s the buyer’s choice.”
The Towbes Group is offering this deal on standing inventory homes at Lavigna, located in Santa Maria’s Westgate Ranch. Lavigna homes are located on Sonya Lane, near Blosser Road. Prices start from the mid-$300,000s, and homes range in size from 1,790 to 2,171 square feet.
These already-built houses include ceramic tile floors, recessed lighting, a fireplace, large entry doors, and gourmet kitchens. All of the houses are two-story plans with two-and-a-half to three bathrooms. Homeowners can also take advantage of a solar-heated pool, a hot tub, and a park and playground.
