Once again, Santa Ynez girls’ soccer coach and Allan Hancock College assistant women’s soccer coach Rob Cantrell will be holding a soccer camp for youth at Santa Ynez High School.

The first session of “Skills Camp,” for children aged 6 to 14, will run July 23 to 27. The camp runs from 9 a.m. to noon. A second session runs Aug. 6 through 10.

The cost is $85 for individuals and $75 for each sibling; children signing up for both sessions will receive a $40 discount. For $65, children aged 4 to 5 can register for “Little Skill Builders” camp on the same dates from 9:30 to 11 a.m.

Several current and former Pirates players will serve as coaches and instructors. Cal Poly men’s head coach Paul Holocher, Righetti High soccer coach John Pranjic, and Allan Hancock College women’s head coach Rod Garcia will also be instructing at selected sessions.
