Summer camp registration at the Santa Maria Valley YMCA has begun; for $20, parents can reserve spots for their children.

The YMCA is offering several new summer programs this year, including Lego camp, ā€œItty-bittyā€ camps for kids ages 4 to 6, and sports camps. Also available are traditional three- and five-day summer camps, splash camp, and skate camp.

The YMCA is also taking registrations for Rookie Sports Football. The deadline for children ages 3 to 6 is June 18, and the cost is $48 for YMCA members and $63 for participants.

Financial assistance is available for all camps and sports programs.
