WonHeart will be presenting an extended version of “5 Ways to Complete Health” for women, from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 19, at Shepard Hall at the Santa Maria Public Library, 421 S. McClelland. A shorter sample of the program was conducted in March in honor of International Women’s Day with assistance from Altrusa of the Central Coast.

All women are invited to join in this opportunity for connection and the exploration of ways to love the most important person in their lives: themselves. The presentation will delve into the spiritual, physical, financial, relational, and intellectual parts of self.

The cost is $20, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. All proceeds benefit WonHeart, a nonprofit created with the message of hope and harmony, individual wakefulness, and respect for community. For more information, call 714-1025 or visit WonHeartinfo.org.
