DAY OF SERVICE: To commemorate the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service, the volunteer organization Central Coast United for Change is coordinating a food drive, set for Jan. 17 to 19, throughout San Luis Obispo and Northern Santa Barbara counties.
