Viva el Arte de Santa Barbara is bringing another world-class musical ensemble for a three-day artistic residency, including workshops, classes, and performances. Flor de Toloache is an all-female mariachi group from New York City that will perform in Goleta, Guadalupe, and Santa Barbara on Jan. 9, 10, and 11, respectively.
