Senior Airman Daniel Johnson, a Vandenberg Air Force Base airman killed in Afghanistan in 2010, will be remembered at a Memorial Golf Tournament at the Santa Maria Country Club on July 11.
The cost is $150 per person for the four-person scramble event, which includes green fee, cart, lunch and drinks on the course, and an awards dinner immediately following the tournament. Proceeds from the event will be donated to the Big Brother Big Sister program in his honor.
Handicaps must be provided on the registration form prior to the event. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. with a shotgun start at 11 a.m.
Registration forms are available at golf courses in Santa Maria, Nipomo, and Lompoc.
