The Perseid meteor shower will be at its peak between Aug. 10 and 14, and while this is typically the best sky-watching time of the yearāat least according to some peopleāthereās going to be a supermoon on Aug. 10, which will brighten the sky and make meteors a bit more difficult to see. No matter how you slice it, though, itās a good time to be an astronomer (or at least into awesome celestial events). Get outside on an upcoming night, and look up!
