The Home Builders Association of the Central Coast installed its officers and board of directors for 2011 at its recent Leadership Installation and Awards Banquet.
The group named Dennis Moresco of Midland Pacific Homes as Builder of the Year; First American Title as Associate of the Year; Lenny Grant of LGA Associates and The Towbes Group as Government Affairs Award recipients; and Jeanne Helphenstine of South County Realty as the President’s Award winner.
The group also installed Shawn Reed of Robbins Reed Inc. as board president; Barry Cunningham of Shea Homes/Trilogy as first vice president; Wes Willhoit of Estrella Associates as second vice president; Tony Westbrook of Coastal Reprographic Services as treasurer; and John Theisen of Midland Pacific Homes as immediate past president.
