Micro Wrestling comes back to the Maverick
BY KRISTINA SEWELL
Hailed as the “Greatest Little Show on Earth,” Micro Wrestling will come back to the Maverick Saloon in Santa Ynez, on Thursday, Aug. 29. Set to kick off at 8:30 p.m., Mark Burnett of Maverick Saloon said it’s going to be a night of fun and laughter as the professional wrestlers put on an excellent show.
“Many people come not knowing what to expect, often thinking it will be something to laugh at,” Burnett said. “These people leave our event with an entirely new perspective.”
According to the press release the Micro Wrestling Foundation has been providing nationwide sports entertainment since 2000.
Tickets are $25 for general admission and $40 for VIP seating; includes a beverage. You must be 21 years of age or older to attend. For more information, call Mark Burnett at 245-2404.
