About Me/My Art:

I was born and raised in the big sky country of Montana and at an early age expressed an interest in and a desire for drawing. I continued to pursue this endeavor when I moved to the Central Coast and began a career as a surveyor. On retirement, art became more than a spare time diversion. I enrolled in drawing classes at Allan Hancock College and later ventured into watercolor, acrylics and silk painting. I still continue to attend AHC and recently had a one-man show at the Student Center Art Gallery in tribute to the instructors who have guided me. I am a member of the Artists Guild of Santa Ynez Valley, the Los Padres Artists Guild, and on the Board of Directors at the Town Center Gallery.
