Support the Discovery Museum at a la carteFor the third year in a row, à la carte Fine Home Accessories in Santa Maria is donating 10 percent of the proceeds from its 15th anniversary sale to the Santa Maria Valley Discovery Museum. Members of the Discovery Museum can show their current museum membership card and also pay no sales tax! Shoppers are encouraged to visit the unique, locally owned furniture and design boutique on Aug. 18 to shop for great merchandise, knowing their purchase will also support the only children’s museum in Santa Barbara County. “My close friends and family have been long time supporters and advocates for the Discovery Museum and I’m thrilled to be able to support this worthwhile family organization through my business,” à la carte owner Donna Wilson said in a prepared statement. The store is located at 230 E. Betteravia, Suite H, in Santa Maria, and is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. |
