Allan Hancock College’s Dance Department presents Dance Spectrum, featuring student performances in various styles including ballet, jazz, modern, tap, character, and hip-hop. The Lompoc Museum’s latest exhibit, “Desperate Land,” features the photographs of Betsy Weiner, who captured the everyday lives of Iraqi people over a 3 1/2-year period. The exhibit gives insight to an ancient culture that existed long before ours.
