How should the county treat dogs it has charged with being dangerous?

It depends on what the dogs are charged with doing.
They should be put to sleep, no matter what they did.
The county should have a no kill policy.
It's the owners fault if a dog does something the county deems as dangerous. The owner should be punished.

The Cypress wants you

The Lompoc Valley Art Association still has openings for joint or solo art exhibitions at the Cypress Gallery. Openings are for the months of March, May, July, August, and October.

The entry fee is $25. Only LVAA members may apply. More info: 733-4282 or vicaart@aol.com. Also, the LVAA will hold its regular “In-gathering” on Jan. 28 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Cypress Gallery, 119 E. Cypress Ave., Lompoc.
