Concerts in the park are backThe Santa Maria Recreation and Parks Department, the Rotary Clubs of Santa Maria, and PLAY, Inc. invite music lovers to fill a picnic basket, grab a blanket or chair and some sunscreen, and head to all 12 Summer Concerts in the Park during July, August, and September. Ten concerts will be held at Rotary Centennial Park, 2625 S. College Drive, on Sundays from 1 to 3 p.m., and two evening concerts will be held on July 7 and Sept. 1 from 5 to 7 p.m. along South McClelland Street, in and around the Lavagnino Plaza by the Santa Maria Public Library.
