Don't wait to audition

Auditions are coming for the Santa Maria Civic Theatre’s Wait Until Dark, a play written by Frederick Knott and directed by Johannes S. Beals. Show up at 7 p.m. on Sept. 20 and 21 at the theater, 1660 N. McClelland, in Santa Maria.

The auditions will consist of cold reading excerpts from the script for the parts of Carlino, Mike, Roat, Sam, Patrolman, Susy, or Gloria. Bring a headshot and résumé. Hopeful actors are encouraged to attend both days of auditions.
