It depends on what the dogs are charged with doing.
They should be put to sleep, no matter what they did.
The county should have a no kill policy.
It's the owners fault if a dog does something the county deems as dangerous. The owner should be punished.

The Arts Fund Gallery calls for artists


The Arts Fund Gallery is inviting all local artists to submit works into the community art show Feast Your Eyes! The exhibition is a fundraiser in support of the Arts Fund’s Community Gallery, which exclusively shows Santa Barbara County artists, and requires artists to donate a portion of sales to the gallery. Feast Your Eyes! is slated for November.

Interested artists will have a canvas measured at 11-by-14 inches provided by the Arts Fund Gallery and can include many media, including paints, photography, assemblage, and collage. Artwork can’t exceed the borders of the canvas provided. Each artist may submit one piece. Entry fee is $10.

Canvases are available for pickup on June 23 and 24 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and June 28 and 29 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Arts Fund Gallery, 205-C Santa Barbara St., Santa Barbara. More information is available at 965-7321,, and
