Video store still 'Evergreen'

Evergreen Video, the video rental store in the Evergreen shopping center in Orcutt, has definitely proven that a video store can survive the onslaught of Blockbuster, Netflix, and the Internet. The store is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a special event on May 17 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. featuring giveaways, free hot dogs, face painting, and a live broadcast by Sunny Country at Evergreen Video, 3420 Orcutt Road, Orcutt.
