Local libraries celebrate National Poetry Month

The Orcutt branch of the Santa Maria Public Library celebrates National Poetry Month with an event for kids, including live readings using props. The reading events will include poems from Shel Silverstein, Jack Prelutsky, and Ogden Nash.
The program happens on April 23 at 3 p.m.at the Orcutt Library, 175 S. Broadway, Old Orcutt.
