On the sweeter side: Crafting events at Michaels

Michaels offers crafting events for kids ages 3 and up. A “Sweet Treat Card” event is scheduled for Feb. 8 for 30-minute sessions from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the store. Cost is $2. A free family craft time “Love Bug Card” event is Feb. 10 from 5 to 7 p.m. A free family craft time “Valentine’s Day Frame” event happens Feb. 12 from 10 a.m. to noon. A free family craft time “Tissue Paper Heart” event is Feb. 12 from 5 to 7 p.m. “Heart Painting” meets Feb. 15 for 30-minute sessions from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Cost is $2.
