Hancock will get 
you to the Getty

Allan Hancock College’s Community Education program is offering an educational bus tour to the Getty Center in Los Angeles on Oct. 4 with registration currently open through Aug. 29.

The Getty Center highlights many exhibits, including pre-20th-century European paintings, drawings, illuminated manuscripts, sculpture, decorative arts, and 19th- and 20th-century American and European photographs.

The bus ride to the Getty Center will depart from the Allan Hancock College parking lot at 6:50 a.m. and will return by 10 p.m. to the college at 800 S. College in Santa Maria. Cost is $55, not including meals. The tour will be led by art instructor Marti Fast.
